Tagging can be useful when you want to filter your locations or assets by customised tags. For example, when looking for the available rooms, you can apply the room status tag to display relevant items on the housekeeping board.
How do I create tags
Go to Tags in the configuration (the cog icon in the top right-hand corner)
Click on the Add Tag button, name the tag, and select applicable option.
Enabled for Assets: The tag will only be applied to assets.
Enabled for Locations: The tag will only be applied to locations.
Once created, edit the tag and add the values.
How do I attach tags to the locations
Go to Locations in the configure portal.
Click on the location that needs a tag.
Hover to the Tags tab.
Click on the Add Tag button, and select the desired tag and value.
Click Attach.
How do I attach tags to the assets
Go to Assets in the configure portal.
Click on the asset that needs a tag.
Hover to the Tags tab.
Click on the Add Tag button, and select the desired tag and value.
