Logit system with the Assets module
Assets are items managed within the organisation that workflows can collect data against. When adding food assets, please follow these steps:
Go to the configure portal via the three-dot menu.
Go to Assets which is sitting under Structure & Assets.
Click Add Asset to create food assets.
Select the appropriate asset group where the food item should be categorised.
Enter the food item name in the Name field. You can add multiple assets by entering each item on a new line.
Assign the food asset to the desired location and department.
Set the status of the food asset.
Click Create.
⚠️Please note: Once the type and the department are assigned, they cannot be altered!
Once food items are added, they will automatically be included in the associated workflows.
