What is an Asset Audit report

The Asset Audit report offers a detailed list of historical asset records within a specific date range, enabling you to review any changes made to a particular asset.


How to run an Asset Audit report

  1. Go to Asset Audit in the reporting portal.

  2. Filter the report by time range, asset groups, and locations, and specify the asset.

  3. Click Run, and then a list of all historical records for this asset will appear.

  4. Clicking the 'View' button allows you to access this record.

  5. Click Download to export this report.

Did you know...?

  • You can schedule the reports and send them to the relevant team members via email.

  • You can create a favourite report to save a report with specific filters, amalgamations, and date ranges applied, allowing easy access without needing to reapply the filters each time you run the report.
