After a request is completed and closed, the questions and answers can be downloaded as a PDF document.
Go to Requests in the monitor portal.
Head over to the Closed section.
Select a closed request and click on the cog icon.
Choose Download PDF — the PDF file will begin downloading automatically.
⚠️If the request hasn't been closed down, you will not see the "Download PDF" option.
