Once an action is completed and closed, you can download the issue, its resolution, and the audit log as a PDF document.

To download completed action into a PDF file, please follow these steps:
Go to Audits in the monitor portal.
Filter for the closed actions.
Select a closed action and click on the cog icon.
Choose Download PDF — the PDF file will begin downloading automatically.
⚠️If the action hasn't been closed down, you will not see the "Download PDF" option.
