What is a logbook
A logbook is a record-keeping tool to document the activities, events, or sales, allowing you to review past actions, track performance, and ensure accountability within business operations.
How to create a logbook
Before creating a logbook, you need to create a form first. To get started, please refer to the guide below.
If you've already created the form, go to the Form Library and select the form you want to convert into a check.
Open the drop-down menu and click Logbook.
Complete the mandatory fields, including the Name, Owner, Department, and Completed At as you want.
Add Responsibilities.
Define the workflow settings.
Monitor - Edit Locked After (Hours): The duration for which this logbook will remain open to Monitors.
Manger - Edit Locked After (Hours): The duration for which this logbook will remain open to Managers.
Enable Action Generation: Specify whether actions should be automatically generated in response to identified issues.
Click Create.
Once the logbook is created, you can set up notifications for specific events. For example, notifying users with certain responsibilities at the end of the day via email.
