What is a Risk Assessment Export report
The Risk Assessment Export report allows you to have an overview of the selected risk assessments. With this report, you can review the risk assessment and update the content according to the needs.
How to download a Risk Assessment Export report
Go to Risk Export in the reporting portal.
Select the risk assessment and the locations that you wish to view.
Click Download.
Once downloaded, the Excel file contains six tabs:
Overview: Provides the assignment information and the acknowledgement details, along with the configure link.
Hazards: Displays all the listed hazards.
Controls: Displays all the controls.
Risk Analysis: Show the risk level of each hazard.
Additional Controls: Displays all the additional controls.
Comments: Any comments added will be shown here.
