Link risk assessments to other workflows

Users can acknowledge the necessary risk assessment before perform the actions

Did you know you can link a risk assessment to checks, audits, requests, and any form-based workflow? This ensures the team is aware of potential hazards and required controls before taking action.

  1. Go to the form and navigate to the Documents tab.

  2. Choose where you want to display the risk assessment and click Attach Risk Assessment. In this example, we're going to display the risk assessment at the top of the form.

  3. Select the risk assessment and link it to the form.

The risk assessment will then appear within the form, and users can click the provided link to navigate to it.
