Lock sections by responsibilities

You can now create cross-departmental checks by locking sections by responsibilities!

When adding a section to the form, you can see an option listed 'Restrict Data Entry By Responsibility'. Tick the box and then you can further assign this section to users with selected responsibilities.

When the teams access this cross-departmental check, they can only complete the accessible section.

  • Please note that before this check is completed by all the teams, it cannot be submitted.

Lock pages by responsibilities

You can now hide pages from people who shouldn't see.

For example, when a guest is completing an incident request, you may not want them to see pages intended for internal teams. In this case, you can lock pages based on user responsibilities so that sensitive pages remain hidden from users without the appropriate access.

To lock the pages, just simply tick 'Restrict Data Entry By Responsibility' and add the required responsibilities. In this example, we assign the internal team review page to the managers only.

For users who don't have the management responsibility, this internal team review page is hidden.
