How to manage deleted users' data

You can choose anonymise deleted users after a specified period

Managing deleted users’ data is important. After a user has been deleted, their name can be retained in audit logs for reporting purposes.

However, as a business owner, you must handle this data responsibly and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR. You can choose to anonymise deleted users after a specified period.

  1. Go to the Configuration (via the cog icon in the top right corner).

  2. Select Organisation and head over to the General tab.

  3. Scroll down to the User Data section.

  4. Choose the option works for you.

  5. Save the change.
