When users have been inactive on Logit for a long period, it may be that they have left the business or are on maternity leave.
You may delete, archive, or move those inactive users back to setup, depending on what suits your needs.
Go to the Configuration (via the cog icon in the top right corner).
Select Organisation and navigate to the General tab.
Scroll down to the User Data section.
Select the desired user action and the time period.
Set to Archived - Users will be archived after a specified period. Their accounts will remain in the system but will no longer be active.
Set to Deleted - Users will be permanently removed after a specified period. Their accounts will no longer exist in the system.
Set to In Setup - Users will be returned to the setup stage after a specified period. Their accounts will remain in the system, and they can be reactivated if they need access again.
Update the change.
