There are two possible reasons that the submit button doesn't appear for users to submit the check.
1. The check has been marked missed.
💡Solution: Either ask the Admin user to reopen the check, or add a new check on demand and move the answers over.
2. Some questions haven't been completed.
If you only see a View Issues button, it means there are issues that need to be addressed before submission.
💡Solution: Click the View Issues button, select the issue, and you will be directed to the question where you should complete the answer, add a comment, or attach media.
