What is a Document Acknowledgement Export report
This report allows you to review the document user acknowledgement.
How to run a Document Acknowledgement Export report
Go to the Reporting Portal.
Select My Reports Listing in the left-hand side bar.
Click Acknowledgement Export under Document.
Select the type you wish to focus on and the document type.
Pending – Displays files that are still awaiting acknowledgment, along with the users who have not yet acknowledged them.
Acknowledged – Displays files that have been acknowledged, along with the users who have acknowledged them.
Both – Displays all files, including both acknowledged and unacknowledged items, and their corresponding users.
Click Download to export the report in the excel spreadsheet.

You can schedule the reports and send them to the relevant team members via email.
You can create a favourite report to save a report with specific filters, amalgamations, and date ranges applied, allowing easy access without needing to reapply the filters each time you run the report.
