You need to create a new checklist. Instead of starting from scratch, you can go to the Form Templates, choose a checklist template that fits your needs, and clone it. This way, you can easily customise it for your team and save time while keeping everything consistent.
Go to the Form Library and select Form Template.
Filter by topics or search using keywords to find the forms you need.
Click Clone and the cloned form will be added directly to the Form Library.
Define the Name, Owner, and Department.
Amend the questions if necessary.
