How to edit an existing form

You can edit, add, or remove questions within an existing form

Fortunately, editing an existing form can be done with relative ease. Forms are the backbone of Logit and are used for Checks, Audits, Requests, Records and Logbooks.

  1. Go to the configure portal.

  2. Go to the Form Library and edit the form you wish to amend.

  3. If you wish to edit the questions within the form, head to the Questions tab where you will be able to view all of the current questions that you have created within this form.

  4. You can edit wording of a current question by clicking the pencil beside the relevant question as well as remove a task no longer required by selecting the dustbin.

  5. Add additional questions within a section by selecting Add Question.

  6. Add Validations to your questions to prompt actions.
