What are email notifications

You can receive reports and alerts via email, ensuring you're notified of important events without needing to log in to Logit.


How to set up email notifications for specific events

  1. Select the Actions/Audits/Checks/Requests/Records module in the configure portal.

  2. Locate and edit the task.

  3. Go to the Triggers tab and click Add Trigger.

  4. Select the trigger event.

  5. Choose "Send Email" and the desired email template.

    • Standard Form Content: This template includes the questions along with the answers within the email.

    • Notification Content: This template only provide a general notification.

  6. Select the users you wish to notify, and add any additional contacts in CC if necessary.

  7. Click Save.

⚠️Please note: Not all events offer the option for email notifications.


How to set up email notifications for PDF reports

You can turn on the email notification in the notification management for PDF reports.

Step 1. Set up a trigger

  1. Select the Actions/Audits/Checks/Requests/Records module in the configure portal.

  2. Locate and edit the task.

  3. Go to the Triggers tab and click Add Trigger.

  4. Select the trigger event "PDF Generated".

  5. Choose "Send Notification" and the users who you wish to notify.

  6. Click Save.

Step 2. Turn on the email notification

  1. Click your name in the top right corner when you are on the Monitor Portal.

  2. Choose "Email & System" for "PDF Generated" event.

Once it is set up, you'll receive the PDF file when a job is closed.
