By setting up email notifications for the upcoming events in the calendar, you receive timely reminders, ensuring you don't miss any important events or deadlines.

How to set up reminders for compliance inspection

In this example, we're going to set up the email notification to notify the maintenance team 15 days before the due date.

  1. Go to Asset Groups in the configure portal.

  2. Select the monitored asset group.

  3. Head over to the Properties tab.

  4. Click on "0 triggers" in the next due date question tile.

  5. Click on the Add Trigger button.

  6. Define the if the condition.

  7. Select "Send Email" and "Date Due Reminder".

  8. Choose who to notify.

  9. Click Save.

Once it is done, the maintenance team will receive an email 15 days before the due date. An email example is shown below:

The Next due date for Fire Door 2 is due in 15 days (15/1/2025) at Edinburgh Hotel.


How to set up reminders for room tasks

In this example, we're going to set up the email notification to notify the housekeeping team 15 days before the due date.

  1. Go to Business Entities in the configuration (the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).

  2. Select the monitored entity.

  3. Click on "0 triggers" in the next due date question tile.

  4. Click on the Add Trigger button.

  5. Define the if the condition.

  6. Select "Send Email" and "Date Due Reminder".

  7. Choose who to notify.

  8. Click Save.

Once it is done, the housekeeping team will receive an email 15 days before the due date. An email example is shown below:

The Next Due Date for Carpet cleaning is due in 15 days (15/1/2025) at Room 01.
