Why aren't my changes appearing?
If you have made changes to a form, remember that the scheduler can take up to 48 hours to produce the updated checks. This is because your checks for the current and following day will have already been produced.
I need my checks today!
If you need access to your updated checks today, you can manually reset them in the monitor portal. Here are the steps:
Go to the Monitor Portal and navigate to the Checks module.
Select the check that you made changes to.
Click the cog icon and select Reset to apply the changes to the check. Note that this action will remove all input data.
