When you log into the system on a Monday morning and find that some important settings, like role permissions and check assignment, have been changed without notice. You may feel concerned and want to know who made the changes and when, as some of them may affect the workflows.
To find out the answer, you only need two things: the UID and the audit log report.
Follow these steps:
Go to the user, check, or any workflow that was modified in the configure portal.
You can find the UID at the end of the URL.
โIn this example, the UID of the check is 318, as shown in the image. Now go to the reporting portal via the 3 dots.
Select Audit Log.
Select the date range when the change was possibly made.
Click Run to generate the report.
After the report is generated, download the report in the Excel spreadsheet.
Open the spreadsheet and search for the UID. Then you can see who updated the workflow and when the change was made.
