What’s happening
When you try to log in (especially using Safari on iPad or certain iOS browsers), the page reloads back to the login screen instead of granting access. This happens because the new authentication system (needed for features like two-factor authentication and single sign-on) isn’t working properly due to browser privacy settings not retaining login data.
Solutions
Disable “Prevent Cross‑Site Tracking” (iOS/Safari)
Turn off this setting in your browser, then relaunch Safari. Ensuring cookies are enabled should fix the redirect loop
Switch to a different browser
If the issue persists, install and use the latest version of Chrome on your device—it avoids the problem entirely
Use an alternate device
As a fallback, try logging in via a different device (e.g., phone or PC) — that should work fine
