Quick Links
Did you know you can create quick links to for the ease of adding Location/Asset/Document record in the 9-dot menu / The Hub?
To add a quick link simply follow these steps:
· If you wish to add a quick link for a Location Record, you will simply need the base URL from the Monitor portal (https://monitor.logit.co.uk/LocationRecords/Create?recordIds=), and the Id of the Record you wish to add as a quick link (e.g. 120). You can find the Id of the request in the Configure portal – simply go to Records – click Edit – look at the URL address
Once you have these, simply combine the base URL with the Record Id (https://monitor.logit.co.uk/LocationRecords/Create?recordIds=120).
Now go to External Gateways – Add Link – give it a name - add the URL:
· To add a quick link for an Asset Record follow the same steps, here your base URL should be https://monitor.logit.co.uk/AssetRecords/Create?recordIds=
· To add a quick link for a Document Record follow the same steps, here your base URL should be https://monitor.logit.co.uk/DocumentRecords/Create?recordIds=
