You can delegate requests to team members and contractors.
To allow request delegation, navigate to the request within the configure portal and update the workflow settings to enable it.
Users to whom you can delegate the request must be assigned Manager Responsibilities within the request workflow settings.
Once a request has been submitted in the monitor portal, click the cog icon and select Delegate Users.
Select the user you want to delegate this to and click Update.
The request tile that has been delegated will display the initials of the user it has been assigned to. Hover over the initials to view the full name.
Did you know...?
You can select multiple users when delegating.
You can add triggers to notify users when an event has been delegated to them.
You can toggle between 'My View' and 'Team View' to see requests, actions, or checks that have been delegated to you or are applicable to the entire team.
a. 'My View' will display requests, actions, and checks that have been delegated to you.
b. 'Team View' will display all requests, actions, and checks that have been raised or scheduled and need to be completed by the team.
