What is a Check Performance report
The Check Performance report allows you to review an overview of checks across locations, showing how well each site or department is performing in completing their checks.
How to run a Check Performance report
Go to Check Performance in the reporting portal.
Filter the report by time range, amalgamation, topics, checks, and locations for a more tailored view, and click Run.
The charts and checks table, showing all selected checks across locations, will appear.
You can customise the data display by adjusting the filters.
If you need further clarity on a score from a specific day, click on that day to view a list of checks that were due for completion. This will show you which checks were completed on time, which were late, which were missed, and which are still open.
💡Scoring grading:
10 points for completing on time
5 points for completing late
0 points for missed tasks
💡Colour code:
Green for on time
Amber for late
Red for missed
Blue for open
How to export a Check Performance report
After generating the report, click Download to export the performance report. Additionally, you can export a ZIP file containing PDFs for specific checks by selecting the checks you want and then clicking 'Download - ZIP of PDFs'.
Did you know...?
You can schedule the reports and send them to the relevant team members via email.
You can create a favourite report to save a report with specific filters, amalgamations, and date ranges applied, allowing easy access without needing to reapply the filters each time you run the report.
What data are displayed in the Excel report
Details regarding the completion status across locations, including the count and percentage of on-time, late, missed, and outstanding checks, are displayed in the Excel spreadsheet.
