What is an Audit Performance report

The Audit Performance report allows you to review an overview of audits across locations and gives you an overall score over a certain date period.

How to run an Audit Performance report

  1. Go to Audit Performance in the reporting portal.

  2. Filter the report by time range, amalgamation, topics, audits, and locations for a more tailored view, and click Run.

  3. The on-screen report provides an overview, showing the number of audits completed within the selected time frame, along with actions taken, outstanding actions, and average scores for all sites based on your report filters.

  4. You can customise the data display by adjusting the filters.

  5. You can click on specific dates within the graph to view a detailed breakdown of the average score for that day, including all audits that were scheduled to be completed. If an audit was missed, its score will be recorded as 0.

Logit will calculate the audit scores for the specified day and provide an average score for the selected department, location, or area.

How to export an Audit Performance report

After generating the report, click Download to export the performance report. Additionally, you can export a ZIP file containing PDFs for specific audits by selecting the audits you want and then clicking 'Download - ZIP of PDFs'.
