What is an Action Management report
The Action Management allows you to generate a comprehensive report displaying actions across all priority levels and various statuses, including Open, In Progress, Parked, Completed, and Closed.
This report is especially useful for tracking overdue actions, helping you promptly remind your team to complete any pending tasks.
How to run an Action Management report
Go to Action Management in the reporting portal.
Filter the report by time range, status, action type, priorities, action plans, locations, and categories for a more tailored view, and click Run. Then selected actions across locations will be displayed.
Click on the sort arrows to sort checks in ascending or descending order.
Clicking the 'View' icon allows you to access this action.
Clicking the + button allows you to view the audit log, which is only available for closed actions.
How to download an Action Management report
After generating the report, click Download to export the management report. This will provide a list of all selected actions (ensure the 'Open' status is selected to view overdue actions), along with a quick link to each action and a source link to the task that generated the action within Logit.
Once downloaded in Excel format, this report will provide additional details about the actions, such as delegation, the location, and the progress of each action.
You can apply filters in Excel to view only overdue actions and/or filter for critical actions that are outstanding.

You can schedule the reports and send them to the relevant team members via email.
You can create a favourite report to save a report with specific filters, amalgamations, and date ranges applied, allowing easy access without needing to reapply the filters each time you run the report.
