What is an Action Analysis report
You can gain insights into action details, such as completion percentage, across locations over a specific period from an Action Analysis report.
How to download an Action Analysis report
Go to the Reporting Portal.
Select My Reports Listing in the left-hand side bar.
Click Action Analysis under Actions.
Filter the report by time range, amalgamation, action type, priorities, action plans, locations, and categories for a more tailored view, and click Download.
Once it is downloaded, there are 3 tabs within the excel:
Location Summary – Provides an overview of overall performance, such as the resolution rate, based on the location.
Action Summary – Breaks down actions by priority level, action types, and action names.
Action Event Details – Provides detailed information for each individual action event.

You can schedule the reports and send them to the relevant team members via email.
You can create a favourite report to save a report with specific filters, amalgamations, and date ranges applied, allowing easy access without needing to reapply the filters each time you run the report.
