Scheduling an appointment for an existing client is quick and easy from the calendar.

Option 1: Clicking directly on the calendar

  1. Click on a date and time directly on the calendar

  2. Select Client appointment

  3. Choose Existing client

  4. Start typing the client’s name or select from the list of existing clients

  5. Select the correct client

  6. Choose the service from the list

  7. Confirm or adjust the selected date and time

  8. Click Confirm appointment

Option 2: Using the Schedule button

  1. Click the Schedule button in the top right corner

  2. Select Client appointment

  3. Choose Existing client

  4. Start typing the client’s name or select from the list of existing clients

  5. Select the correct client

  6. Choose the service from the list

  7. Select a date and time

  8. Click Confirm appointment

Once scheduled, the client will receive a confirmation email with all appointment details.
