What client information is required when scheduling an appointment for a new client?

Scheduling an appointment in the Calendar Section

When scheduling an appointment for a new client, you will need to create a client profile with the required information.


Required information

  • First and Last Name

    • The client’s full name

  • Date of Birth

    • The client’s date of birth

  • Email address

    • Used for client communication

  • Country code and phone number

    • Select the country code from the dropdown

    • Enter the client’s phone number

  • Gender

    • Select the client’s gender

  • Country

    • The client’s country of residence


Optional information

  • Parent/Guardian (linked contact) details


Important

  • Be sure to select the country code from the dropdown menu

  • Manually typed codes will not be recognized by the system


Tip

You can add additional details—such as language or ICD-10 codes—later in the client profile.
