How do I select the service for the appointment?

Scheduling an appointment in the Calendar Section

Selecting the appropriate service ensures the appointment is scheduled correctly and billing aligns with your service settings.


To select a service:

  • During the Client Appointment flow, open the service dropdown

  • Choose a service from your Services list


What you’ll see

  • All services created in your Services section

  • Clear labels for:

    • In-person or Virtual services


How it works

  • Select the service that best matches the client’s needs

  • The service details (e.g., duration, price) will automatically apply to the appointment


Payment behavior

  • Paid in advance services

    • You will be prompted to review the invoice before confirming the appointment

  • Paid at session completion services

    • You can schedule the appointment without reviewing billing details

    • The invoice will be created after the session is completed


Tip

Make sure the selected service matches the client’s needs to ensure accurate scheduling and billing.
