When you confirm an appointment, it is automatically scheduled and shared with your client.
What happens next
The appointment will appear on your Calendar
It will be listed in the Upcoming tab in the Appointments section
It will also appear in the client’s profile under Upcoming appointments
Client notifications
The client will receive a booking confirmation email
Includes date, time, service details, and location (virtual link or address)
The client will also receive:
A reminder email 24 hours before the appointment
A final reminder within 1 hour of the appointment
Billing
If the service is paid in advance:
An invoice will be created and sent to the client
The invoice will be visible in the Billing section
