What happens after I click confirm appointment?

Scheduling an appointment in the Calendar Section

When you confirm an appointment, it is automatically scheduled and shared with your client.


What happens next

  • The appointment will appear on your Calendar

  • It will be listed in the Upcoming tab in the Appointments section

  • It will also appear in the client’s profile under Upcoming appointments


Client notifications

  • The client will receive a booking confirmation email

    • Includes date, time, service details, and location (virtual link or address)

  • The client will also receive:

    • A reminder email 24 hours before the appointment

    • A final reminder within 1 hour of the appointment


Billing

  • If the service is paid in advance:

    • An invoice will be created and sent to the client

    • The invoice will be visible in the Billing section
