Will the client be notified once an appointment is booked?

Scheduling an appointment in the Calendar Section

Yes, clients are automatically notified when an appointment is scheduled.


Booking confirmation

  • The client will receive a booking confirmation email

  • This email includes all appointment details, such as:

    • Date and time

    • Service name

    • Location (virtual link or physical address)


Reminder emails

  • The client will receive:

    • A reminder email 24 hours before the appointment

    • A final reminder within 1 hour of the appointment


Recurring appointments

  • If the appointment is part of a recurring series:

    • A booking confirmation email is sent for the first appointment only

    • Reminder emails will still be sent for each upcoming session
