Booking confirmation
The client will receive a booking confirmation email
This email includes all appointment details, such as:
Date and time
Service name
Location (virtual link or physical address)
Reminder emails
The client will receive:
A reminder email 24 hours before the appointment
A final reminder within 1 hour of the appointment
Recurring appointments
If the appointment is part of a recurring series:
A booking confirmation email is sent for the first appointment only
Reminder emails will still be sent for each upcoming session
