Yes, Trova allows you to schedule appointments from multiple areas of the platform, giving you flexibility based on your workflow.
Calendar
You can schedule an appointment directly from the Calendar
Click the Schedule button in the top right corner, or click directly on a date and time
Appointments section
From the My Appointments section, click the Schedule appointment button to create a new appointment
This will navigate you to the Calendar to complete scheduling
Once finished, you will be returned to My Appointments
Client profile
Within a Client Profile, click the Schedule appointment button to book an appointment for that specific client
This will navigate you to the Calendar to complete scheduling
Once finished, you will be returned to the Client Profile
This allows you to quickly book appointments while viewing client details.
This flexibility allows you to choose the most convenient place to schedule appointments based on how you work within the platform.
