How do I reschedule an appointment on the calendar?

You can reschedule appointments in two ways on the Trova calendar:

  • Drag & Drop:

    1. Click or tap and hold the appointment on your calendar.

    2. Drag it to a new time slot within the same week and working hours.
      ​

  • Appointment Details Card:

    1. Navigate to Calendar (top right of the platform).

    2. Click the appointment and select View More Details.

    3. Click Reschedule, choose a new date and time, then click Save Changes.

Both methods will automatically send a rescheduled email to your client with the updated date and time.
