Scheduling an appointment in the Calendar Section

To reschedule an appointment on Trova, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Calendar: Go to the calendar section, accessible on the top right of the Trova platform.

  • Locate the Appointment: Find the appointment you wish to reschedule on the calendar.

  • Click on the Appointment: Click on the appointment and click view more details.

  • Reschedule Option: Look for the Reschedule option on the bottom of the appointment details.

  • Select New Date and Time: Choose a new date and time for the appointment.

  • Save Changes: Save the changes to confirm the rescheduled appointment.

By following these steps, you can easily reschedule appointments to better accommodate your schedule and the preferences of your clients.
