You can reschedule appointments in two ways on the Trova calendar:
Drag & Drop:
Click or tap and hold the appointment on your calendar.
Drag it to a new time slot within the same week and working hours.

Appointment Details Card:
Navigate to Calendar (top right of the platform).
Click the appointment and select View More Details.
Click Reschedule, choose a new date and time, then click Save Changes.
Both methods will automatically send a rescheduled email to your client with the updated date and time.
