How do I reschedule an appointment on the calendar?

You can reschedule appointments in two ways on the Trova calendar:

Drag and drop

  • Click and hold the appointment on your calendar

  • Drag it to a new time slot within the same week, and your working hours

  • Click Save changes

From the appointment details

  • Open the appointment from any of the following locations:

    • Calendar

    • My Appointments

    • Client Profile

  • Click the appointment or use the menu option (three dots) and select View details

  • Click Reschedule

  • Choose a new date and time

  • Click Save changes

When should I use the Reschedule option?

Use the Reschedule option (instead of drag and drop) if you need to:

  • Move the appointment to a different week

  • Schedule outside of your working hours

  • Make more precise adjustments to the date and time
    ​

Once rescheduled, your client will automatically receive an updated email with the new appointment date and time.
