You can reschedule appointments in two ways on the Trova calendar:
Drag and drop
Click and hold the appointment on your calendar
Drag it to a new time slot within the same week, and your working hours
Click Save changes
From the appointment details
Open the appointment from any of the following locations:
Calendar
My Appointments
Client Profile
Click the appointment or use the menu option (three dots) and select View details
Click Reschedule
Choose a new date and time
Click Save changes
When should I use the Reschedule option?
Use the Reschedule option (instead of drag and drop) if you need to:
Move the appointment to a different week
Schedule outside of your working hours
Make more precise adjustments to the date and time

Once rescheduled, your client will automatically receive an updated email with the new appointment date and time.
