You can cancel an appointment from multiple areas of the platform.
Where you can cancel an appointment
Calendar
Locate the appointment
Click the appointment and select View details
My Appointments (Upcoming tab)
Locate the appointment
Click the menu option (three dots) and select View details
Client Profile
Cancel the appointment
Click Cancel at the bottom of the appointment details
Select a reason for cancellation from the list, or choose Other to enter your own

Helpful tips
You can only cancel upcoming appointments. Past appointments cannot be canceled
Past appointments can be rescheduled or marked as missed instead
If you enter a cancellation reason, it will be included in the cancellation email sent to the client
The cancellation reason will also appear in the Canceled tab within My Appointments
Once canceled, the appointment will be updated across the platform and the client will be notified.
