How do I cancel an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment in the Calendar Section

You can cancel an appointment from multiple areas of the platform.

Where you can cancel an appointment

  • Calendar

    • Locate the appointment

    • Click the appointment and select View details

  • My Appointments (Upcoming tab)

    • Locate the appointment

    • Click the menu option (three dots) and select View details

  • Client Profile

    • Find the upcoming appointment

    • Click the menu option (three dots) and select View details


Cancel the appointment

  • Click Cancel at the bottom of the appointment details

  • Select a reason for cancellation from the list, or choose Other to enter your own

  • Click Cancel appointment to confirm
    ​


Helpful tips

  • You can only cancel upcoming appointments. Past appointments cannot be canceled

  • Past appointments can be rescheduled or marked as missed instead

  • If you enter a cancellation reason, it will be included in the cancellation email sent to the client

  • The cancellation reason will also appear in the Canceled tab within My Appointments


Once canceled, the appointment will be updated across the platform and the client will be notified.
