Scheduling an appointment in the Calendar Section

To schedule an appointment directly on the Trova calendar for an existing client, follow these steps:

Access the Calendar:

  • Navigate to the Calendar section on your Trova dashboard.

Select a Time Slot:

  • Click on the desired date and time slot where you want to schedule the appointment.

Choose Appointment Type:

  • In the pop-up window, select “Client Appointment” as the event type.

Select the Service:

  • From the Service dropdown menu, choose the service you will be providing.

Select the Client:

  • In the Client field, start typing the name of your existing client.

  • Select the client from the list that appears.

Review Appointment Details:

  • Confirm the date, time, service, and client details.

For Services Paid at Session Completion:

  • Click “Schedule Appointment” to confirm the booking.

For Services Paid in Advance:

  • Review the invoice details.

  • Click “Schedule Appointment” to proceed.

Final Steps:

  • The appointment will now appear on your Trova calendar.

  • The client will receive a confirmation email with the appointment details.

Please Note:

  • Existing Clients Only: Appointments can only be booked for existing clients using the calendar. To schedule an appointment for a new client, add them to your client list first.

By following these steps, you can efficiently schedule appointments directly on your Trova calendar for your existing clients.
