Yes, when scheduling appointments yourself, you can book at any date and time.
Using either the Schedule button or clicking directly on the calendar, you are able to:
Schedule appointments outside of your regular working hours
Book during times that may already have other calendar events
Make adjustments based on your availability and client needs
What about client bookings?
Client booking restrictions are different.
When clients book through the Marketplace or your custom practice booking page (Pro accounts only), they are limited by your availability settings. Clients cannot:
Book less than 24 hours in advance
Book outside of your defined working hours
Book during times that are already marked as busy on your calendar
This ensures you have full flexibility when scheduling manually, while maintaining structured availability for client self-booking.
