Scheduling unavailable time on your calendar is simple and helps you block off time when you’re not available for appointments.
Steps to Schedule Unavailable Time:
Click the Edit Availability button on the top right side of your Calendar screen.
Go to the My Unavailability section on the right side of your screen.
Specify the dates and times you want to mark as unavailable (e.g., for vacations or conferences).
Click Apply to save your changes and update your calendar.
