Unavailable time appears as gray on your calendar.
These gray areas indicate times when you are not available, and clients cannot book appointments.
Example of unavailable time
What creates unavailable time
Unavailable time can come from:
Your working hours settings
Times outside your set working hours
Date overrides (My Unavailability)
Specific days or times you’ve blocked off
How to update your availability
Go to the Calendar
Click Edit availability
Update your working hours or add/remove unavailable time
Click Save work hours
You can block full days or specific time ranges to ensure your calendar reflects when you are not available.
