You can set the same unavailable time range across multiple days at once.
How to set specific times across multiple days
Go to Edit availability
In the My Unavailability section, click Add date overrides
Select all the days you want to apply the same unavailable time to
Enter the start and end time for your unavailability
(Optional) Click the + button to add additional time blocks
Click Apply

This allows you to quickly block off the same time period across multiple days, such as partial days off or recurring time commitments.
