You can set the same unavailable time range across multiple days at once.


How to set specific times across multiple days

  • Go to Edit availability

  • In the My Unavailability section, click Add date overrides

  • Select all the days you want to apply the same unavailable time to

  • Enter the start and end time for your unavailability

  • (Optional) Click the + button to add additional time blocks

  • Click Apply

This allows you to quickly block off the same time period across multiple days, such as partial days off or recurring time commitments.
