Yes, you can schedule an appointment during a Meeting/Event if needed.

To do this:

  • Click on a time slot on the same day and select Client appointment, then adjust the time to overlap with the Meeting/Event

  • Or click the Schedule button from the calendar and manually enter the desired date and time

This allows you to schedule over blocked time when needed, while still using Meeting/Event entries to manage your general availability.
