No, clients cannot book appointments during times that are blocked by Google Calendar events.


How it works

Trova automatically blocks these times on your client booking page to prevent scheduling conflicts.

  • Events marked as Busy in your Google Calendar will block that time

  • Clients will not be able to select those time slots

Google Calendar syncing is available on Pro plans.


Provider scheduling

Providers can still schedule appointments during these times directly from the calendar if needed.


This ensures that client self-booking avoids conflicts while still giving you the flexibility to manually schedule appointments when necessary.
