Google Calendar syncing is available on Pro plans.
If you add a Google Calendar event after appointments have already been scheduled, those existing appointments will not be affected.
What stays the same
Existing appointments will remain on your Trova Calendar
They will still appear in your Upcoming Appointments tab
How it works
Google Calendar events only block availability for future client bookings.
They do not change, move, or remove appointments that have already been scheduled.
Provider flexibility
Providers can still schedule appointments during these times directly from the calendar if needed.
This ensures that previously confirmed appointments remain intact while helping prevent new scheduling conflicts moving forward.
