If you don't receive the verification code:

  1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes emails from new senders get filtered into the spam or junk folder of your email. Please check these folders for the verification code.

  2. Resend the Code: If the verification code is not in your spam or junk folder, return to the Trova login page and click "Forgot Password" again to resend the code.

  3. Contact Support: If resending the code still doesn't work, reach out to our support team at support@trova.health for further assistance.

These steps should help ensure you receive the necessary verification to proceed with resetting your password.
