If the camera isn’t functioning on a mobile device, follow these steps:
On Android Phones:
Visit the gear icon to open Settings.
Tap Security and privacy.
Tap Privacy.
Toggle Camera and Microphone access under Controls and alerts to enable/disable them.
For specific app permissions, tap Permission manager.
On iPhones:
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap Privacy.
Tap on Camera.
Toggle the permissions switch next to the app’s name to enable/disable.
