If you can't find emails from Trova:

  1. Check Spam Folder: Start by checking your spam or junk mail folder. Appointment emails are automatically sent when the session is booked, 24 hours prior, and 30 minutes before the session starts.

  2. Contact Support: If the email is not in your spam folder, contact support@trova.health for further assistance.

  3. Reach Out to Provider: Alternatively, reach out directly to your provider to ensure they have the correct email address on file and to request that they resend the appointment link.

These steps should help you retrieve or obtain the necessary appointment link.
