How do I add my Microsoft Outlook calendar to Trova?

Calendar syncing is available on Pro plans.

Connecting your Microsoft Outlook calendar to Trova allows you to keep your availability up to date and avoid scheduling conflicts.


Access calendar connection

  • Go to the Calendar

  • Click Edit availability

  • Click Connect calendar in the top right

Select Microsoft Outlook

  • In the Connect Calendar window, select Outlook

  • Click + Add account

Connect your account

  • Click Continue with Microsoft

  • Sign in with your Outlook account

Grant permissions

  • Allow Trova to access your Outlook calendar


Once connected, your Outlook events will appear on your Trova calendar to help prevent scheduling conflicts.

Events marked as Busy will block client bookings.
