When I click “Open public profile,” it doesn’t show my Marketplace profile. Why? (Basic user)

The Open public profile button on the Home screen will only display your Marketplace profile after your profile has been submitted and approved by the Trova Review Team.

If your profile has not been approved yet and you click Open public profile, it will take you to My Profile instead.

Here’s what that means depending on your profile status:


If your profile has not been submitted

You will be taken to My Profile so you can complete your details and submit your profile for review. How to submit your Trova Marketplace profile for review


If your profile is still under review

You will be taken to My Profile, where you will see a status message indicating that your profile is currently under review.

  • If the Review Team has asked you for additional information (usually documentation), you will need to:

    1. Click Edit

    2. Upload or update the required documents

    3. Go to the Services tab

    4. Click Send for review to resubmit your profile

Your public profile will only be available once these updates are reviewed and approved.


If your profile has been approved

Clicking Open public profile will show your live Marketplace profile exactly as clients see it.
