If clients are unable to book during certain times, it is usually due to your availability settings or calendar conflicts.
Common reasons clients cannot book
Outside of your working hours
Clients can only book within the availability you set in Edit availability
Marked as unavailable (gray on calendar)
Times outside your working hours will appear gray and cannot be booked
Existing appointments or meetings/events
Time slots that already have appointments or Meeting/Event blocks are unavailable
Connected calendar events (Pro users)
If you have a connected calendar (such as Google), events marked as Busy will block client bookings
Booking restrictions (Pro users)
Clients cannot book:
Within 24 hours of the appointment
Outside of your working hours
During other calendar conflicts
How to allow bookings during those times
Go to Calendar
Click Edit availability
Adjust your working hours or add additional time blocks
Click Save work hours
If clients are still unable to book, review your calendar for existing appointments, events, or conflicts that may be blocking availability.
