Trova appointments (service-based, multi-colored)
Meetings/Events created in Trova (light yellow)
External events from Microsoft Outlook (blue)
Microsoft Outlook events marked as Busy will block that time on your calendar and prevent clients from booking during those periods.
This makes it easy to identify your availability and avoid scheduling conflicts at a glance.
